This is Mima.
She was tortured and mutilated by a sadistic monster who hacked each one of her limbs off… not just once but for days and weeks at a time!! Only a monster is capable of such heinous act!! Currently, there are no laws against Animal Cruelty in Bulgaria.

My heart breaks everytime I see this pic and read this story. I just can’t believe how they just let monsters like that get away with something so cruel! It’s absolutly horrible! I cry everytime.

So heartbreaking!! And then there is the other doggie, Mila. Some psycho cut her legs off as well in Serbia!! I never realized how backwards these countries are. Sick monsters!!
