Starved to the point where he had no temperature then thrown down a garbage chute like yesterday’s trash, this was the life of Patrick. He is an approximately one year old Pit/Mix who was brutally mistreated by his owner.

But this amazing puppy has more spirit than many humans I know and he held on. He made it through the night to March 17, St. Patrick’s Day, and was given the name Patrick.
If these eyes could talk, most would probably not be able to listen about the torture he went through.
I will fight to help other animals that are abused.
Please help end this cruelty. Remember, it starts with animals and moves on to the children. Someone who could do this to a living creature, could do this to anyone.

Making it Through the Rain 
It makes me sick to think that there are people out there who actually do this to animals. They have no heart whatsoever!
My heart breaks to see these pictures and to think how much cruelty this puppy went thru and yet he still has so much love he wants to give to someone. It makes me cry, I wish so much that I could take him in my home. I hope some loving family adopts him and gives him the love he deserves without anymore pain and abuse.

You would think he would be aggressive and mean after what he went through, yet he is loving and kind.
Humans can learn a lot from our animals if they only took the time to see.
The woman should be starved and thrown down the same chute for her punishment… Sick Bitch!!!

Thats right! All the abuse he went thru and yet he still loves people. I swear these animals have way more heart then most of these humans in the world.
Like one of your friends left on your status, he would have been better off being left to fend for himself outside somewhere. Why the BITCH kept him there and starved him is beyond me.

Patrick has been doing so well and it is so heartwarming to see the outpour of prayers, candles and support to cause of Patrick. Patrick is an amazing and loving little pup and can’t wait to see him just keep getting better. I have signed and shared the petition and sent a letter to NJ DA as well in hopes the cruel person that did this to Patrick will be punished to the fullest extent possible and even at that it is no where near for what she did to this poor pup. Thank you for the blog. So heartfelt. We are all in this cause together.

What an adorable dog. Hard to believe anyone could be so cruel to a creature that cute. It’s just so sad. But I’m glad to see Patrick is recovering well and gaining weight! 🙂

He is doing much better I’m reading. He ate well and has been able to go outside for a short time.

OMG! I can hardly believe a woman did that! How someone could do that to their own dog (or anybody else’s)is way beyond me. The maximum sentence she could get is much too light!!!!

I cannot even comprehend how she could sit there for weeks to most likely a good month and watch him starve.

Could hardly get out of bed this morning thinking of the pain that Patrick went through:( I have seen a lot and thought that I saw it all and there was Patrick’ story….I really can not do much of anything today because my mind is plastered w/ him…I wish I could have 5 mins alone w/ that maggot of a person…

I would love 5 minutes with her as well. She has no heart or soul to have done this!! She deserves to be treated exactly the same way she treated poor Patrick!! I pray to the good Lord that she will never have another animal or any kids for that matter!!
